Based in Hampshire, Jonathan is both an American Attorney at Law and a Solicitor of England & Wales. After graduating from law school in New York City, he worked as a Commercial Litigator in New York City and Chicago and later owned and managed a property development company in New Jersey.

Jonathan regularly lends his expertise through educational presentations alongside the UK Department of Transportation,US Embassies in London and Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Kamer van Koophandel and at the Select USA Trade Summit in Washington DC, where he chaired and moderated a panel examining the legal, tax and immigration challenges of expanding a foreign business to the USA.
